Shipping & Return Policy

Basic returns policy:

  • Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not happy with the product you can return it in 30 days for a refund or exchange.

  • All contents must be returned. Returning products must be in their original and excellent condition with original packaging, accessories, inserts and manuals and warranty cards (not filled-out).
  • Shipping charges are not refundable for all shipments included cancelled or refused orders. Please note that a 10% handling charge will be applied on ALL returned merchandise and cancelled orders. Shipping charges will be deducted from original price.
  • Additional shipping charges apply for the US states such as Alaska, Hawaii, or other US territories like Puerto Rico. The delivery time to those states and territories out of continental US may be as long as 30 - 50 days.
  • Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
  • Please contact us first before returning your product. All Returns and Exchanges must be arranged with a Customer Service Representative within 30 days after delivery and assigned an RA# (Return Authorization Number). Packages without an assigned RA# may be refused.

  • Please make sure your email address is valid before contacting us.
We can ship your order to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, so be sure please contact us.

Shipping Restrictions
Warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations.

Shipping to a different address
If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. To list the alternate address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before placing an order helps us process your order more quickly.

Shipping Time
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account.

- Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door.
- Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse.

The arrival date-range of each item is determined by adding the minimum of the processing time to the minimum of the shipping time and the maximum of the processing time to the maximum of the shipping time.
Example, if you bought a foot massager that took 1 to 3 business days to process before shipping and you had it sent by Standard shipping (3 to 7 business days), the foot massager would arrive in 7 to 10 business days.
Delivery to some addresses takes 2 to 3 weeks. We try our best to ship the products to you the soonest possible time based on your options.

Shipping Cost
We try our best to give you the lowest possible shipping cost. The shipping costs for orders depend upon the method and option you choose.
If you choose to group items into as few shipments as possible, you'll be charged for one regular per-shipment fee, as well as a per-item fee for each item in that shipment.
If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment as well as a per-item fee for each item.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
